I just watched the Premium OVA set, and may I say, I completely forgive the Conquerer of Shamballa.  All of its many sins are completely made up for by the hysteria that is the Chibi Wrap Party.  Chibi Riza Hawkeye, I love you.  Please be mine.  All ten of your Black Hayates are welcome in my home.  Maybe they can teach my cat some manners.
